What if the next game you played were about 40 yards longer off the tee than you were the last time you played?
WARNING: Don’t listen to anyone else who claims to help you hit the ball further until you’ve read this amazing, true story of…

….and have your playing partners ask you how you’ve added so much distance to your drives?
What if the next game you played you were about 40 yards longer off the tee than you were the last time you played?
I know…sounds too good to be true, right?
Well, if that hadn’t happened to me recently I probably wouldn’t have believed it either.
My name is Alex Gairdner and I’m just your average golfer who wanted to hit the ball further.
You see, I work full time, have a young family and play golf about once a month but
when I do get out to play I like to hit long drives.
But even though I’m young and very fit the fact was, I was only hitting my drives about 230 yards when I got out to play. I was not happy with that so I decided to do some research into ways to hit the ball further, and I found the following 3 ways…
The only 3 ways you can hit the ball further
1. Make changes to your swing technique and practice a lot.
2. Get custom fitted with equipment to improve launch angle, spin rate etc.
3. Increase clubhead speed
I don’t have the time to spend hours changing my swing and practicing
so that was out. And I didn’t have hundreds and hundreds of dollars
spare to go buying top of the line, custom fitted drivers. All my spare
money was going on baby gear and other family “essentials”. So the
only option I had was to increase clubhead speed.2. Get custom fitted with equipment to improve launch angle, spin rate etc.
3. Increase clubhead speed
And I found from my research that for every 1 mph of clubhead speed you gain you get 2.2. yards in extra distance. Here’s a graph of swing speed stats that clearly shows the faster you swing the further the ball goes.
So after finding this out, I knew that the most logical way for me to hit the ball further was to increase my clubhead speed. So I went researching ways to do this and I was shocked at what I found.
You see, here I was, a very fit, athletic individual that averaged about 90 mph swing speed and as a result I could only hit it 230 yards on average. And almost all of the information I found on hitting the ball further offered the same type of exercise I was already doing!
I thought there would already be a well thought out program to help golfers increase swing speed that I could follow, but I was wrong. So I decided to create my own swing speed improvement program, and as far as doing that I have a huge advantage. You see…
I have a degree in sports science and exercise physiology.
Anyway, every day I’m dealing with athletes and regular folk, helping them to improve their bodies. And a big part of my job is giving people plans to help them to achieve their goals. So I decided to use my extensive knowledge of the body to create for myself a program that will train me to swing faster.
I then thought it would be interesting to video my swing speeds before started the program to see how fast I was currently swinging. Here is a video of my swing speed before I started my swing speed improvement program….
Alex Gairdner’s Before Swing Speed
Then just 56 days later I tested my swing speed again and here’s the results I achieved…
Alex Gairdner’s After Swing Speed
So I increased my club head speed by 20.2 mph. Multiply that by 2.2
and you get 44.44. I just rounded it down to 44.3 yards to make it sound
more believable Naturally this huge amount of extra distance I’ve gained is making golf so much more fun for me because I can now reach some par 5′s in two. I have shorter shots into the greens, so I have more birdie putts and my swing feels so much more effortless…yet the ball is going so much further.
It’s awesome!
And after my great results I got to wondering whether or not other golfers would also hit the golf ball further by following this program.
So I got a small bunch of golfers from all around the world to try out this program, and I was amazed to discover that every single person who completed this program increased their swing speed and consequently hit the ball further. Here are just a couple of examples of the types of results golfers received after completing this program…
Julian Bennett’s (Saudi Arabia) Before Swing Speed
Julian’s average swing speed before starting The Golf Swing Speed Challenge was 107.4 mph
Julian Bennett’s (Saudi Arabia) After Swing Speed
After Julian finished The Golf Swing Speed Challenge his average swing speed was 120.2 mph. This means Julian picked up an extra 28.16 yards per drive in just 56 days!
James Chaffey’s (Australia) Before Swing Speed
James’ average swing speed before starting The Golf Swing Speed Challenge was 83.4 mph
James Chaffey’s (Australia) After Swing Speed
After James finished The Golf Swing Speed Challenge his average swing speed was 91.8 mph. This means James picked up an extra 14 yards per drive in just 56 days!
Alex MacDougall’s (USA) Before Swing Speed
Alex’s average swing speed before starting The Golf Swing Speed Challenge was 74.4 mph
Alex MacDougall’s (USA) After Swing Speed
After Alex finished The Golf Swing Speed Challenge his average swing speed was 88.2 mph. This means Alex picked up an extra 30.36 yards per drive in just 56 days!So after these amazing results I then opened up this program to other golfers around the world with equally amazing results. Here’s just some of the results other golfers have achieved by following this program…
“I want
to thank you for your great program. Several years ago I was a 4
handicapper but had to quit playing golf when I lost my job. This year I
recently started playing again and decided that I was going to change
my swing utilizing your information. I have already added between 10 –
15 yards on most of my irons and up to 30 yards on my driver. I am
already back breaking 80 on a regular basis and look forward to getting
much lower with your help. Thanks again.”
Rob Vojvoda, USA
“Hallo, I am 67 years of age, play off 5 and have been injured
for most of this season. With the help of my physio and lately your
programme for strength and flexibility I am now getting back to full
fitness. Right now I am on holiday in Portugal and have spent
sometime working on the exercises and I am just about ready for the
third phase. For the first time ever my swing speed has risen from
around the 90′s to now over 100 which for me is amazing. What this means
here in Portugal is that I am driving an average 250 metres compared
with 225 in the past. Thats a fantastic improvement and one that I hope
to take back to Britain later this week. I shall be playing
competitive scratch senior golf in Wiltshire for my club West Wilts
based in Warminster, Wiltshire, England. We are half an hour from
Stonehenge a famous landmark throughout the world right through the Winter so I really hope I can maintain the improvement. Thanks for all your help.“
Vince Adams, United Kingdom
“I
used to have the shortest drive in our foursome. The only time I could
out drive them was when they hit a really poor drive and I just happen
to hit a really good one. As the weeks passed, my buddies noticed that I
was getting “longer” . And you know what? I now out drive all of them
at least 50% of the time even when they hit a good drive. My buddies
were all surprised and even predicted that it won’t be long before I
really out drive them. They’re already panicking. I’m not stopping here.
I’m continuing your program. Your frequent tips also helped me a lot.
Thanks again. I’m a fan of yours.“
Andy Pages , Philippines
“My name
is Larry Olson, I will be 71 years old in April. I subscribed to your
swing speed challenge and started it on January 10 and I was very
faithful in doing the exercises daily. My starting swing speeds were in
the lower 80s. On Feb. 28th my average normal driver swing speeds
were 100.8 mph. I am extremely happy with the program.”

There’s lots more great results like this at the end of this page, and so that begs the question…
How much distance are YOU going to gain
when you take The Golf Swing Speed Challenge?
when you take The Golf Swing Speed Challenge?
But you can’t just try to swing faster.
No!
You need to train your body how to do it and that requires 4 different training requirements, which are only found in the Golf Swing Speed Challenge.
If you’re missing anyone of the 4 elements needed to swing faster in any fitness training you’re doing, you’ll be like I was….maxed out with the distance you hit the ball.
So you need to train your body to swing faster by following The Golf Swing Speed Challenge program. And when you get it now you’ll find…
- You can do all of the exercises and drills indoors, at home. PLUS no special equipment is necessary. You have everything you need to complete the golf swing speed challenge now.
- You’re told exactly what to do, how often, and to what level. It doesn’t matter what age you are currently you’ll be able to complete this challenge. So if you can follow simple step-by-step instructions then you too can complete this challenge and hit the ball further.

- You can do all the exercises no matter what level of fitness you’re at now…even if you’ve never exercised or haven’t exercised in years. You just need to go at your own pace and improve on where you’re at currently.
- No matter how long you drive currently, whether you’re a woman or a man, young or old, what level of fitness you are currently…it doesn’t matter. You will hit the ball further after completing the golf swing speed challenge.
- All of the exercises can be completed within approximately
30 minutes per day. Less than 10 minutes toward the end part of the
program. And you can do all of them inside, at home while your favorite
T.V. program is playing if you want to.

- You’ll feel like you’re swinging easier and yet the ball will be going further.
- You’ll lower your scores because you’ll have shorter shots to the greens.
- You’ll feel better and this will have a great overall positive effect on your golf game and your life.
- You’ll finally have a pain free golf swing that will help you to enjoy playing golf for many years to come.
Having shorter shots into the greens so you can get the ball closer to the hole and lower your scores.
Swinging without pain and the ball going so much further with what feels like an easier swing.
Watching your drives soar longer and straighter than they ever have before. Impressing your playing partners with your new found distance gains and getting the respect you deserve.
Sound good? I’m sure it does…and this reality can begin for you in just a few moments from now. But because this sounds so good I guess you’re expecting to pay a lot for this.
Well, on one hand you’re right because if you were to come to me to get this program done for you personally you wouldn’t get any change out of $500. Plus, you wouldn’t get the videos of the exercises. I would just walk you through the exercises one time and leave you to it unless you paid me $150 every session to help you. But thanks to the Internet and the fact that I don’t have to physically take every person through this program it means I can let you go through this program for a lot less.

“Good
morning, First a big thank you for helping me access the information on
the Golf Swing Speed Challenge site. I was having some trouble with
that but you walked me through it. Now, the stretches have been a huge
help not only with my golf game but have given me better posture
throughout the day. I can really feel the difference when I’m walking,
and walking the course has been so much easier since starting
the program. I’ve only been doing the program about a month and the
results have been exciting. The mornings here in Oregon are colder now
but I’m able to use the same irons I used during the summer which means
to me that I’ve gained at least a full club in distance. Also I am able
to keep the good rounds going, not tiring the last few holes which used
to happen on occasion. Since I have not worked out at all for over
7 months I have been easing into the strength part of the Challenge.
That plus I’m 72 and not as strong as I once was. But, I’m gaining in
all aspects of the workouts and am optimistic about the continueing
progress upcoming. All in all the best investment I’ve ever made
regarding my golf game. Thanks for everything.”

“I
have to tell you that I am blown away by your program. I have been
“working” on my golf game for years. I have had tons of instruction but
NEVER have I had any insight as to how to hit the ball further. There
is no doubt that one of the biggest obstacles to shooting low scores is
not being able to hit the ball far enough. If you are hitting approach
shots with 6 and 7 irons you are at a big disadvantage to anyone who is
hitting a 9 iron or wedge. Also, the added pressure of knowing that you
have to try to “kill it” off every tee does not help your game. Since
working on the program I have noticed a GREAT improvement on not only my
distance, but my swing is better and more consistent. I am excited to
work the program through the winter and REALLY see some big results come
spring time. Thanks for helping me improve my game in a way no one else
could!”
Bob Perry, USA
“I
have been using your Swing Speed Program for about 6 weeks now. I must
admit that due to a rather heavy work schedule I have not been as
diligent as I would like, but have not missed that many days of workout
and stretching.
To give you a short background, I am 55 years of age and started
playing golf when I was 6 years old. I am 6’3” and weigh 205lbs. so I am
not in bad shape, just a little extra around the middle. My handicap
fluctuates between 1 and 3. As I write this my index is 1.4. I play
90-110 rounds per year in southern Ontario, Canada, a 7-8 month season.
I have just started the advanced program, so, everything in this writing pertains to the basic part of the program.
The first thing I noticed when I started was how out of shape I really was. As you indicated in the program I did indeed some minor pain from muscles that I had not been using that often. This did pass after about a week of working out. As each week went by I could feel a difference in amount of flexibility I had. I now have about 25% more flex, especially in the shoulders. I am confident that will increase even more with the advanced section and I look forward to continuing the program.
Now here’s what’s really got me excited:
I have never been too concerned about how far anyone I play with hits the ball, although a few of the boys I play with are. My mid to short irons and putting have always been fairly good and I score well enough to maintain my handicap and be competitive. There’s always a few dollars on the line. Over the last 4 weeks I have definitely seen an increase in my distance. Currently I am about 12 yards longer off the tees than I was before starting the ‘Golf Swing Speed’ program. Even the fellows I play with have noticed and are asking me if I’ve been taking lessons. As nice as this extra yardage is, what’s really exciting is the effect this has had on my irons. Before starting the program I was hitting my 9 iron 135 yards average. This is with no wind. Obviously when I hit it perfectly, which we all know is the exception not the rule, it will go about 8 or so yards further, but, the average is what I play with. The increased length with the driver should require me to hit 1 less club into greens, so I thought. This was not however the case. I found that I actually needed 2 less clubs because 1 less put me 8-10 yards past the pins. It seemed rather obvious that the program was working with all my clubs, however I wanted to be sure.
I determine my yardages on the course later in the evening when the place is deserted. I hit about 25 balls with each club and GPS the yardage. I disregard the 5 best and the 5 worst. What’s left is a good reflection of average distance for any particular club. I will do this twice annually, spring and summer. This past week, mid October and about 60 degrees, I rechecked my yardages. To my great pleasure they have all increased by a 10 yard average as well. This, in my mind, can only be due to the Swing Speed program because that is the only variable since checking them in the summer.
I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to be hitting 9 irons instead of 7’s, wedges instead of 8’s and even better bringing our 5 pars into range to be on in 2 instead of 3. I need to hit 2 perfect shots but at least it’s now possible.
I am looking forward to continuing the Golf Swing Speed workouts and checking my distances in the spring again. I’ll let you know, if you like, what the numbers are.
Thank you again for the program.”
P.S. Please keep those swing speed drills coming. I really enjoy them.
P.P.S. I’ve decided I’ll let my buddies in on my secret next time we play. If they don’t get your program that’ll be better for me because their money looks pretty good in my wallet!“

“The
Golf Swing Speed Challenge and the extra tips you e-mailed are great!
The stretching exercises have really help my flexibility which
translates into a wider swing arc and more power with less effort. My
swing speed was around 89-90 when I started, and now I noticed that it’s
around 95-100. In addition the extra swing tip exercises that you email
have increase my confidence and ball control which translates to more
distance. My nine iron distance was around 110 yards, now it’s easily
115 to 120 yards. I’m sticking with the program because it works. Thanks
a lot, it’s a lot more fun playing with the extra confidence.”
Jeff Chin, USA
“Your
program has helped me to boost my average drives from about 165 to 200
yards. As you might imagine, this makes quite a difference in the
game. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. When added to my
regular routine of exercises, the ones I added were so exhausting that I
didn’t have the energy left to go out and play golf. However, after
the second week or so, the body got use to the extra work. Another big
boost came from monitoring the swing speed. It helped provide the
feedback I needed to understand what I needed to do to get the extra
yards.”
Robert Genetski, USA
“I
just want to say that I absolutely love this program. I have always
been pretty long off the tee, but like most people I also have trouble
controlling my ball off the tee. I use to drive the ball about 280 yards
on average and hit about 3 to 4 fairways in regulation per round. Now I
am driving the ball around 300 yards on average and hitting 8 to 12
fairways in regulation per round. I just can’t believe that I keep
getting these great tips and drills every week. I am more flexible and
more confident in my game. I am also controlling the ball more with my
irons as well. I use to shoot in the high 90′s to low 100′s, but now I
am shooting in the mid to high 80′s. I highly recommend this program.
Thanks for your program.”
